i need help
im 17 weeks and 1 day pregnant. its my first pregnancy so im not sure what to expect. i get cramps at least 2 times a day everyday. is it normal?
Yes cramping is normal unless its to the point u cant take it or theres any bleeding......it could also mean ur getting dehydrated so be careful or u will end up in the hospital....drink plenty of water and when u start cramping try laying on ur left side for about 10-15 mins see if that helps......def mention it to ur doc just to be safe....
