help im worried
Hi..i was playin with my 2 year old an i leap from one part of my bed to the next an i felt this sharp pain In my lower belly on my left side..Im so scared i hurt the baby.. r did i just pull a muscle ..im only 10 weeks
Jarring isn't good for the baby but as long as you aren't bleeding or have menstral like cramps you should be ok. the baby is very well protected and my doctor told me its like the baby is in a padded room
