Is the flu shot safe?

a mercury-type distance was used for vaccines years ago but is no longer used. as for formaldehyde...yes, it's used, but in smaller concentrations than you find in fruit so it's not harmful. the flu shot doesn't always work because its a guessing game as to which strain to protect against, but it is not live and will not harm you. flu can prove to be fatal for both you and baby, so why risk it?

This is a very controversal question. I am aganist all vaccines. Reaserch from trusted scholarly sources (not the CDC). Look up the efficacy rates on each individual vaccine and trust no advice, but your own findings. Good luck mama!

Depends on who you ask. Natural mothers say no cuz it has chemicals like all shots. An article came out showing whats in that shot and it showed mercury and formaldehyde. But of course all docs will say to get shots. Do your own research and decide
