Is it normal not to want to eat sometimes during pregnancy?

I have this weird phase going on when I'm super hungry, but I don't want to eat anything. I have an appetite, I just don't want to eat. Sometimes I don't eat because I don't know what to eat. I'll eat small stuff, but I'll still be incredibly hungry. Any advice? I think it may have to do with how I feel about being pregnant for the first time and at 19.

I often find myself hungry but so nauseous over the idea of food that I have to force myself to have a little something. It's not unusual for your eating habits to ebb and flow throughout pregnancy.

I get that every morning as soon as I wake up. Then I get nauseous and throw up water. My doctor wants me to eat fruit in the morning to help prevent it.
