And a hot bath can send you into labor. The heat cause contractions

I'm actually getting that and have been for the last couple of weeks. My dr. Told me if it happens and you're being active at the time the lie down. If you get 5 or more on the first hour then continue to lie down, if you get 5 or more in the second hour still jeep lying down. And if by the 3rd hour you still are getting 5 or more than go to labor and deluvery. He told me not even time how long each one lasts, if I'm getting 5 or more and for 3 hours in a row and I'm lying down then go. I know it's hard with having kids already...if you think it's something to worry about then go get checked immediately.

It could also be an infection. I had contractions like that and my doctor tested for infections, and it turned out I had bv, which she said can cause preterm labor if it's not treated. Better safe than sorry.

you should call your doctor, and let him know what's going on and how long This been going on, and if you're really worried definitely go to the emergency room it's better to be safe than sorry. Good luck and may God bless you and your little one :-)
