Lots of weird symtoms

For a month now I have had chronic diarrhea. More than ten times a day, then I will be constipated for 2 or 3 days then the diarrhea comes back. I was at 112LB, and am now down to 102LB. I have really bad fatigue, where my muscles just don't want to work with me, and I am so tired all the time. I am having a hard time eating as well. I can go all day without eating and when I finally eat I become very nauseous, so I stop eating and I feel full. I have been force feeding myself, knowing I need to. But it is really hard. I've been drinking a lot of whatever just to keep myself hydrated. I have severe stomach cramps, almost like menstrual cramps but they never subside. My fiance has also told me I have become very moody. I don't know if all of these symptoms are related or completely unrelated to eachother. Help me? My newest symptom was this morning when a flood of brownish/red discharge came out of me. It was watery as urine and it soaked my pants all the way through. Someone tell me whats wrong with me!

No its not any certain type of food, its all food. Even the smell of food can make me lose my apatite.  And the pain never goes away after a bowel movement, stays consistent. No heartburn, no acid, no sore throat. But yes even after I go to the bathroom I don't feel done

Your symptoms sound like digestive problems. I had similar issues within the past year. I would get full really fast, even if I only ate 2 or 3 bites. Eventually I just stopped feeling hungry and could go days without eating. I would have severe stomach pain, and it felt like my stomach was being chewed on by something. My bowel movements would change from diarrhea to constipation, and I also had unintended weight loss. I dropped 40 pounds in a few months, and I was actually trying to gain weight. Turned out I had Gastritis, GERD and IBS.

Does certain foods cause the pain to be worse than it does at other times, or is it a constant feeling? Do you ever get heartburn, or a feeling of acid in your throat - or do you ever just have a sore throat? Does the pain go away once you have had a bowel movement, or do you feel like you've not completely gone?
