Nightmares from baby?

Last night was impossible for me. I had a nightmare everytime I tried to go to sleep. The scariest one that rendered me dumbfounded involved my future brother-in-law shooting my baby with a lethal weapon. I couldn't stop crying, and haven't slept since. Is this from pregnancy, or is it just fears being given life in a subconscious state? We've been having a lot of problems from my fiance's brother and he just bought a gun. I'm concerned. I need to get some sleep. :(

I have had alot of dreams through out the pregnancy that my husband cheats on me and its always with me like right there next to him lol I always tell him about them and that just helps me relax and go back to sleep cuz he just laughs at me and says "yeah, ok! Like I would even think of doing that to my beautiful wife and my baby!" Lol!

My fiance is my best friend. It's impossible for me to keep anything from him. Lol it stinks whenever I have a secret that I have to keep from him. Like a birthday party or some sort of surprise.

I have had two dreams I didn't tell my husband about.. One he cheated on me with a girl and decided that he needed a new start so felt our kids and me and went with her and the other was a weird dream about me cheating on him with a girl.. That was so weird... I don't know why, I just decided to keep those to myself. Lol

So true. And I'm sure Joseph is getting tired of me waking him up to discuss my dreams. Heh. I should go apologize to him for that.

I have  had a wide variety of dreams since becoming pregnant. Some scary, some that make me mad, and others are sad. I think it has everything to do with hormones. I know I will be glad when they taper off, I hate waking up and having to sort through my thoughts

My sister actually had two bald spots from birth to about the age of 5. The doctor called it a double crown and we all found it adorable!

Probably a bit of each. I read somewhere that you don't actually dream more when pregnant you just wake up easier and so you remember more of your dreams. It's very common to have dreams concerning the baby, especially dreams where baby is hurt or deformed somehow.
The most common are dreams about stillbirth/miscarriage, that baby is sickly at birth, baby is missing a limb or eye or something, that sort of thing. I think it's our worrying genes starting to kick in. I'm sorry for the nightmare though. Hopefully knowing it's normal will help you rest a little easier tonight!
