prenatal gummy? good or bad

I've heard the gummys don't give u enough stuff that u need. Especially iron any u of u ladies take prenatal gummys. What's your opinion about them?

It does not hurt you to take kid vitamins that have iron and prenatal gummies. Idk where you get that from but it doesn't hurt anything lol

I said nothing about Flintstone gummies js. Some Flintstones DO have iron in it!! I know cuz I take them. And yes you can take gummies and the kids Flintstones together

Mine have no iron but my doctor gives me iron pills so I'm happy with the gummys

I took the gummies that had iron & folic acid in them. It said it on the front of the bottle & I got them from walmart.

Flinstone doesnt have iron prenatal gummies do have iron

I take the gummies and they do have iron but im prescribed extra folic acid because im having twins so i need extra for two babies:)

I took them but I feel like im getting the proper amount of vitamins with pill  and no you don't take both just one or the other

Dont take both! And flinstones gummies do not have iron in them. My doctor had me take those my first trimester and switch to prenatal gummies my second trimester so i would be getting the iron i needed

I take gummies and kids Flintstones. Flintstones have iron in it. It's better then nothing

They are just like the pills. I find them easier to keep down than the pills though. I already have a low iron count even before my pregnancy so i am on extra suppliments but i would go ask your dr if you are really worried. But i live them haba
