Definitely go get checked. It could be your water! I went in one time for that and it ended up being pee but you don't want to risk it. Keep us updated!
You could be leaking fluid or you may have peed yourself in your sleep. I'd call the doctor since it was a lot of liquid so they can check you out.

Could be your water leaking you might want to call the Dr and see if they want you to go in to get checked
