Odd question, for women who were prego or are

In early pregnancy, under 10 weeks, how were you ladies sleeping, side to side, on back, did you sleep on belly in early pregnancy.

Second question, i had a m/c in june. im 4 weeks n 5 days, and so far i have been doing good without freaking out about m/c, i dont analize everything i feel, i take it has a pregnancy sign and baby growing, BUT i dont want to BD'd with DF until after first trimester, should i be worried, did any of you women still bd during early pregnancy, even after having a m/c. Im so confused on that, first problem i have ran into thus far.  Input please.

I slept on my tummy up until recently, it is starting to get really uncomfortable. I do a side/tummy sleep now if that makes sense.
DB and I are BDing whenever we want, it isn't going to hurt the baby unless you were instructed not to.

I slept on my left side as soon as I found out I was pregnant to get myself used to it...I hate it...I am normally a back sleeper so I toss and turn all night AND often find myself on my back in the middle of the night.  My hips ache so bad now that I am getting further along...they only ache at night when I sleep on my side...Oh well!

I lost my zest for bd'ing when I got pregnant, I think it must be the hormones...we have probably only bd'd half a dozen times in 26w.  I was on pelvic rest for some of those weeks though.  If you feel up to it, it is fine.

I've always slept on my sides, either side halfway on belly and on my back.  Since I got pregnant I've barely been able to sleep since I wake up every 1 1/2 hour to pee it gets pretty uncomfortable on my bladder when I have to pee and I'm laying on my back.
Other than how comfortable/uncomfortable don't worry about how you sleep until you have a big belly, the baby is fine and has plenty of cushioning.

About sex...If you are in the mood, go for it, and if your fiancee is in the mood, go for it.  Sex doesn't cause any problems unless you are having complications or your Dr. tells you not to.  Since I got pegnant, I haven't been in the mood at all, I wish I could get in the mood but not really, same for my husband, I don't know if its the pregnancy hormones or stressed out.

Anyway good luck!

I usually fall asleep on my left side when non pregnant so I continued to do this partially sleeping on my stomach if comfortable.  I was never a back sleeper but for some reason when I am in later pregnancy when they tell you NOT to sleep on your back, I would wake up almost every morning laying on my back.  When I read up on to it the bottom line was that if it is causing problems you will generally be uncomfortable and will wake up from it.  I don't think it's something to over think as you don't have too much control once you are asleep.

Hey with this baby I have had trouble sleeping from day one. I asked my dr what I could take and he said tylenlol. I have read other posts about women who took benadryll so you may want to ask your dr. As for bding I would hold off only if your dr puts you on pelvic rest. Bding doesn't cause a m/c it can make bleeding worse if you have any during pg. I know it's hard to not to worry but you have alot of weeks ahead of you. If I had taken my own advice I would have saved myself alot of useless worry. Take care and try to relax......
Hugs,
AP

I am somewhere in the 11th week and still sleep on my stomach.  I am noticing an extremely tiny baby bump, but nothing major.  Still comfortable on my stomach.
