anyone with spd?
Hello.... can anyone give me any tips on what u people are doing to try and relive the pains? Im having physio but not helping. Im ony 20 weeks and getting really upset as so painful to walk. Any tips wud be gratefully recieved :)
They said they wil not give me a belt until im bigger. Seeing consultant on friday about it as walking is so painful. Physio wudnt give me crutches until i was atleast 30 weeks. Im so stuck as had to phone in sick at work as not been able to get around much and sitting for long periods (which i do at work) aggrivates it even more.. thanks for all your comments ladies x
Poor u having it already at 20 weeks.. Have the docs given u an support belt? If it geta to bad u might have to have crutchs. Hope it doesnt.. Good luck x
I had that with my daughter, but not that soon in the pregnancy, it was much later on about 32 weeks, it is very painful but theres nothing you can.do apart from rest as much as you can really, ans try not to over do things
the doc thinks ive got that . its really sore and sometimes i strughle to walk . am 35+2 . x
That sounds horrid. I'm sorry to hear you have this & sorry I can't help. I hope you find relief soon!
Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction.. its where the pregnancy hormones cause the ligaments in your pelvis to soften and make everythin from ya waist down really hurt.
