back labor ?

I'm having TERRIBLE back ache it's like severe menstrual cramps almost. Does anyone know how back labor feels? I feel like I'm dying.

Back labor comes and goes like contractions do. Its not constant.

Thats understandable. Try taking Tylenol for some pain rest a lot n wait a couple of days n go back in or wait until your water breaks. It will feel.like you peed. Kinda weird lol I wish you the best of luck hun.

Oh hun I'm sorry ive gone thru that. Its not fun at all, I felt like dying. Its like someone taking a aluminum bat to.my back. All you can do is keep walking n have your hands putting pressure on your back. If it gets worse I would go into labor & delivery at your hospital n have them check you. If your 5cm n 50% effaced they would keep you or they should at least because thats labor.
