Thanks so much I appreiate the info. I thought it was so odd how it was non stop though I have had pain before where it lasted on and off but this was literally ALL DAY LONG!!! =( why me lol I am better now I just get the sharo sciatic pains which I manage but thanks again I will bring it up an my tuesday appointment. =)
The buttock to the leg cramping sounds like your hamstring is tightening. Mine have been doing that since the second or third month, mainly my left hamstring for some reason. It sounds like your symptoms are much more severe than mine but on your good days I would try some low impact lower body stretching. Prenatal yoga really helped me, yours hamstrings shorten in pregnancy so that's why they hurt so much. Walking helps me too, I have a job where I sit all day so if I just go to bed without either a walk or yoga I feel that stabbing pain in my bumcheek all the next day.
Yeah I figured it was due to the baby getting bigger. But it still was making me nervous because it lasting literally for over 24 hours non-stop and is getting worse. No pillow or rubbing or streching will help. My advice nurse said to go to labor and delivery I probably have a slipped or herniated disc. I can't walk at all it is relentless and debilitating. I hate it, I have the sciatica and the back pains every day so I know what you women are talking about it ***** so bad but this was like 10 times that pain... I haven't gone to L&D yet because it started getting better, but tomorrow if it is the same again after waking up I am going to go right away. My little guy is kicking around a lot but I can't imagine if this mental and emotional stress causes him to be affected.
Im 31 weeks and my doc said its normal its the pressure from the baby on ur pelvic bone all my doc said is to take tylenol
I m 32w n having cramp like pain (like we get on the 1st day of exercise) around my hip muscles, groin area n the pain goes all the way to the back of my thighs.. I was putting a light n spft billow under my butt while sleeping but then i got to know its bad fr me n the baby if i sleep on my back..now i sleep prpopped up wid pillows in half sitting position..that is of a little help but still the pain is there due to baby pressure :(
