So I'm 22+1 and I just woke up from really uncomfortable mid rib pain.. And my stomach was hard. Is it possible that she's getting higher and the movement of my organs is causing pain/discomfort?!

Yes but it was on both sides in the same exact spot. Less than an inch below my boobs.. also, she just started very rarely kicking like an inch almost 2 above my belly button so I know its not her actual body. im just confused.. K want to be scared cause idk what it was but, I know lots of weird things happen with your body during pregnancy so I'm trying not to freak out. Ha

That is a possibility. The other possibility is that she is up underneath your ribs, which is where my daughter has her butt or leg right now
