With the recent news on Tylenol I don't feel comfortable taking it anymore. U could try staying in a dim room with a cold compress and drink a lil caffeine not diet soda and no more than 200mg per day then down some water and migraines sometimes have a trigger try to figure out what it is and avoid it if possible
Tylenol is going to be your safest bet. Unfortunately now everything seems to be "bad". I still take tylenol when I need it.
You can take tylenol if you want but there is controversy going on on whether or not it leads to ADHD but I would take but thats me. When I take tylenol wih a cup of coffee mine go away.
