sleeping on your back!?

I'm 29 weeks now and I do my best to stay on my sides while I sleep but I always end up waking in the middle of the night on my back and my boyfriend says he sees me sleeping on my back all of the time! I know you're not suppose to sleep on your back but its really hard to control it, I sleep Soooo hard I'm not aware of how I'm positioned. Any suggestions? And is my baby going to be okay if it keeps happening??

I do the same thing and as soon as my fiance notices it he turns me on my side or wakes me up lol. I have two body pillows that seem to help a little but somehow my body always manages to lay me on my back lol I'm sure our babies are fine though and if not I'm sure they would let us know. Whenever I lay on my right side my baby kicks the crap out of me on that side so I just turn over lol

The pillows aré the best option but don't wOrry too much about it. As long as you feel comfortable and don't have any problem breathing while in your back your Bby is fine. People said  many bad things about what can happen but the true is that your Bby usually feels in the same way that you do so if you feel good the baby feels good too, and remember; there is not safer place for them then the bump. So enjoy your pregnancy and feel lucky that at least you can sleep! Many of us can't .

Both baby's I was told to sleep however is the most comfortable  Left side is best for digestion abd breathing whetger your pregnant or not but not essential, your body will make you move when it becomes uncomfortable. But if you are overly concerned,  stick a pillow behind you. Good luck!
