sciatic nerve
Has anyone dealt with sciatic nerve pain? I went to my doctor yesterday for a regular appt and told her about my pain. She referred me to a physical therapist for sciatic nerve pain. But who knows how long that will take before I actually see one. I woke up this morning with the pain way worse. I can hardly walk or even stand up. Anyone have any tips or tricks to help with this? When/should I call my doctor again because the pain has gotten worse. Id say defiantly a 9.5/10
