Just try snacking like the abive comments i agree. Ur going to have tough times like this until u get to that golden second trimester. :) Try saltines, or graham crackers with some sprite or ginger ale to sip on. Fresh air does womdrrs too. Take care
When you feel that way try saltines and wateraan just walking around being mobile can help you can't let it eat at you no matter how bad it gets
You will be fine I'm 8 weeks. Just try to get up and do something it will make you feel a lot better . Have to get your blood up and pumping ... It's just morning sickness or something you ate no need to be depressed it's not good for you or the baby
