So I had my baby boy Jude at 6am this morning. I went in on the 27th to be induced but had an emergency c section because his heart rate dropped when I had contractions. My doctor and all the nurses were amazing and talked me through everything. I really didn't want a c section (because I was scared of the major surgery) but it wasn't as bad as I thought. Also the epidural isn't as scary as I thought either, didn't really hurt that bad either. I hope my story puts some of you ladies at ease that have to go through something similar. I'm here in the hospital until Friday, if anyone has questions about labor for a ftm I'd be glad to answer. :)

Are the contractions unbearable in pain like how bad is it 1-10 did u experience I'm so scared that its gonna be so painful it'll feel like I'm gonna die or something:(

Nope. For me I would only rate them up to a 4 or 5. If you start crying they will give you pain killers before your epidural which makes all the pain go away
