I agree with Kate037. Also, please remember that things could be worse. There are some who are going thru unimaginable situations and very depressing times in our lives. Be grateful for even the smallest things you do have that's what I try to focus on...hope you feel better :)
The best thing about life is that every day is a new day. You can chose to be sad and focus on the negative or you could focus on the positive. Go for a walk and take in some nature, or go to the store and buy yourself a treat of some sort. Chin up buttercup, it will hey better.
