trouble falling asleep?

Here for the past almost 2 weeks i have trouble sleeping...i can yawn and be tired all day long stay awake all day long and have trouble keeping my eyes open when im sitting up ....but as soon as i climb in my bed- im wide awake. I know its time to get a new mattress (ours is not comfy anymore at all)i wake up sore stiff and toss and turn all night long.theres lumps in the mattress. :/ its to the point im physically exhausted and unable to sleep unless im in a different bed or on the couch. Cant flip the matress because its a pillow top and the other side has wood.

Anyone else struggling with sleeping? Im only 14 weeks and if this lasts all pregnancy im going to have a breakdown...im already 75% of the way to having a breakdown. :(

Try taking a benadryl at night. It's safe and should make you drowsy!

Talk to your Dr then. I think you can take ambien but I'm not 100%, and I'm pretty sure you have to get a script for it.

I had sleeping problems with my first child and again with this pregnancy starting at 13 Weeks. The doctor called me in 5Mg of ambien since I was only getting two hours a night. I dont take it everyday. I limit myself to two-three a week.

I'm having a hard time too, I'm over 37wks and my hips constantly hurt so I'm constantly flipping over plus peeing every hour isn't helping much either.
