A friend off mine had very bad morning sickness and couldnt keep nothing down and the only thing that worked for her was the brrakfeast biscuits
You should drink lots of water like 12 bottles a day. It makes the vomiting less harsh. And less frequent.
And chewing on cherry gaterade ice cubes really helped me on my 1st trimester. It was so bad that i lost a lot of weight. But im catching up now :) Just stay srong n keep eating.
I would keep trying small things even though you think it's all coming back up some is staying down, also talk to your Dr there are some meds that can help if it's that bad. Hopefully it will start to ease ip for you good luck
