2nd trimester headaches!

Anyone else's head POUNDING since they've entered their second trimester? Mine won't stop, I'm 15 weeks and it's almost unbearable. Tylenol isn't helping at all, and I'm constantly laying down in a completely dark room trying to get them to go away. I'm really fed up :(

Talk to your doctor or midwife. I would get migraines so bad before pregnancy and my midwife told me that most likely they would get worse and if they did to let them know so they could prescribe something stronger then tylenol but oddly enough I have hardly had any headaches at all!

I have had horrible migraines. This might sound strange but my doctor told me to take the Tylenol with a can if coke. Strangely enough it does the trick over the plain Tylenol. They don't recommend a lot of caffeine but when Tylenol is not enough they recommend it

Yeah, I've tried hard peppermints, peppermint tea, and cold compresses. Nothing is working. I'm tempted to call my doctor.

have you tried a compress to the forehead or peppermints? my family uses a peppermint oil burner for our headaches. sometimes just having a peppermint or some peppermint gum helps too.
