My doctor said it was because im dehydrated and to keep gatorade and water down.
Put your hands and feet in warm/hot water and an ice pack on the back of your neck. The heat helps pull the extra blood from your head into your other extremities. You have a lot more blood pumping through your body right now so migraines are typical.
Drink plenty water and maybe lie in a dark room.. that helped me
Hot or ice cold wet washcloth over the forehead. Ice cold works for me but everyone is different. Hope this helps.
