Is it okay to get sprayed tan?

So it's my sisters wedding on Friday and I'm her maid of honor and I really want to have some sort of tan... I really want to get sprayed tanned, do you think it will be okay? *I have a doctors appointment on Wednesday and ill ask my doctor them but I'm so curious now lol

I live in NY and the weather hasn't been that nice, low 60's mid 50's just not nice enough to lay out but ill definitely let everyone know what my doctor says, hopefully I can do it! Btw I use Beach Bum Tanning :)

Spray tans tend to have a lot of chemicals, I would recomend researching the place you're going to and also discuss with your doctor what risks could be effective to baby. If you're in a warm climate with planty of sunshine, I say put on a bathing suit and show off that belly... Much safer than a spray tan.

Depends where you go, definitely ask a doctor but I know that the one by me uses a product that's purely a DHA protein so I'm assuming its not bad but I'm gonna ask my doc too cuz I'm a pasty mofo, but you can go in a tanning bed, if you go 3 times a week for no longer then 8 min your fine ( depending on the bed), if stick with the lower beds that produce more UVB rays ( the burning rays) because they produce more vitamin d which is essential for the baby, the only danger factor is heat that's why I recommend doing no more then 8 but iv know women go in for the full time at 8 mos pregers and be fine but I don't recommend it unless you live in a Warner climate so your amniotic fluid is already used to the warm temps but its cold as sh!t over here
