How to relieve constipation fast!

Ive been so constipated for 3 days ive been drinking tons of water but still no luck. I have some miralax  from my daughters constipation but was wondering if it is safe while pregnant? I am 22 weeks as of today. If it is sage about how much do i take? How often?

I drink lots of water and take miralax I use colace with it sometimes to but I'm not sure if you can take those during your whole pregnancy so i don't want to give wrong information. My doctor said colace is more of a stimulant or something rather and its more powerful then miralax so she said to just try to only use that first instead. I also try walking or swimming and my doc said I could take fiber gummies or chews hope you feel better I hate being constipated!!

Lol when I can't go I eat a fiber one bar and a small cup of regular homemade coffee that always works for me

Yes. You can take miralax. My dr gave it to me. There should be a line in the cap that shows you how much. I take it once a day. It can take up to 3 days to work though.

Miralax is safe during pregnancy, also exercise will help you go!
