This might be a lil complicating....

Okay, so, I quit my Management job at Mcdonalds only 5 days before finding out I was pregnant. (April 24th-quit... April 29th - pregnant.)
I had worked there a little over two years prior! But the stress was too much at the time, (not knowing I was pregnant), and i quit... I found another job but was soon fired after complications with my pregnancy and missing a few days of work. (With a doctors excuse).

So I resulted back to my old job, (mcdonalds) where I was told I would have to start from the big gin in again. Which was fine with me, but I get treated badly now.  After TWO LONG YEARS, 4months I had went without working there, all the good I did for everyone of my crew members and fellow managers and I'm talked down to. One of my managers, she had her fourth baby during my 6 months to and a yr there.  Worked up until she had him! Now that's held over my head. I'm 22 yrs old, 260lbs, almost 6 months pregnant and back problems like u wouldn't believe from a car wreck when I was 12. I'm on strict orders to not lift anything, or reach over my head. No sudden twists or turns... but I'm criticized at work by two of my managers if I don't carry boxes of milk upfront and stock the cooler way over my head with no step ladder to stand on to do so, or if I don't carry unsweetened tea up front from way in the back and our it into the tea urn....

It's like they think every bodies pregnancy is the same. My feet swell horribly and i frequently ask to go.to the back to take money so I can sit down in between orders. I'm told to suck it up! I'll be fine. But when I get home from working 10 hrs a day my ankles are hanging over my socks! Literally. It's a good paying job and I  can't afford to leave it. Idk what to do anymore.

I surprisingly make good money, for my area anyways. 8.50$/hr. An there's another mcdonalds here too but it's owned and Operated by the same people. I like my job. I'm a people person . Lol. But I'm going to look into getting a note. My general manager understands and when she is there she doesn't let me do anything. But my assistant manager and 2nd assistant manager think I should be able to do everything they did when they were pregnant.  One of them hasn't gave birth In over 2 yrs tho.

Its true sadly. They probably just don't believe you because of the other women that worked up until she had her baby.
But if you bring a dr note they can not say anything. And if they do you are able to talk to some one above them. Is there another McDonalds in your area? You could transfer.

In my opinion you should leave McDonalds all together and work at a less demanding job. (physically demanding)
I mean you have to start over any way at minimum wage, you could do that Any where. And probably at a job that will be more flexible and understanding.
Nursing homes, retail (khols , bed bath&beyond, macis, jcpenny etc), cashier. (cashiers at Walmart get paid higher than minimum wage.)
I went to the mall yesterday and the worker's that were pregnant even got a chair/stool at their registers for them. You don't need to put up with that crap.

yeah, you need to have a letter from your doctor that your working hours may tend only to stand, sit for a while, to check, things that not too heavy ..
its not good to you mom for a six months preggy to over worked although you want and you loves to work.

Talk to your doctor about getting a doctors note stating you can not be standing for x amount of time without a break. If your swelling is that bad they should give you a note. I had severe swelling during my first pregnancy and got a note that said I needed a break every hour due to swelling.
