slow labour??

Hi.. i was due my little girl on the 11th march... but she hasnt made an appearance yet. But ive been having what i think are braxton hicks since the 10th they last 20-30 seconds and are regular throughout the day atleast 10 or more an hour. But ive been having braxton hicks since 20 weeks but these past few days have got worse. But not as bad as full on contrantions. Could i be in slow labour for them to be this regular?  I lost my mucus plug on the 10th also x

In my experience now is the time to start walking and bouncing on the birthing ball doing a Lil strenuous activities to get things moving.
