Ah yes, the pillow fort. We're lucky to have a king sized bed otherwise my husband wouldn't have any room to sleep because of all my pillows...
I'm allowed to take that? Lol ok cool it's just weird how I got heartburn from a Turkey sandwich and it lasted all night. But now I feel like I got hit by a bus when I woke up
Prevacid helps w.heartburn.
I know your struggle.I'm 38 wks 4 days with an induction scheduled for Monday night. The fortress of pillows like someone stated earlier helps relieve some pressure. For insomnia usually the " relaxation radio"on Pandora can put me to sleep in a few minutes..hour tops...
I drank 3 cups of milk and it kind of went away but it's still there....Its 3 in the morning and I'm awake and so uncomfortable I'm ready to cry its so bad. All I want is to sleep through one night without waking up every hour
Try milk it might help to sleep and heartburn
I was never a back sleeper until I got pregnant with my daughter and she always wanted me on my back, so I started putting a pillow behind me so when I rolled onto my back I wasn't flat on my back (you can be on your back, they just don't want you to lay flat on it) and during the day if I just wanted to lay down and relieve the pain, I'd have the pillow under one side of me so I could be on my back. I also would put the pillow under my belly when I laid on my side because it relieved that "belly is trying to escape my body" feeling lol hope that helps you some :)
I'm 39weeks 3days and the only way I can get to sleep is if I have a firm pillow under my belly and a little part between my thighs and then a soft pillow behind my back to keep me propped and to have support. It only works if I'm laying on my right side. I feel bad for my boyfriend because it takes up a lot of space, but I'm sure he's okay with it so long as I'm not constantly moving and trying to get comfortable and keeping him awake lol I'm so ready for my little guy to come out too!
