Ugh morning sickness is getting old... any ideas how to lessen or calm it?

I'm with you. Nothing works I've tried to the crackers and ginger rale and small meals and zofran and I'm puking all day long   feel starving but nothing stays down. I'm currently 9w3d been puking badly since 5ws I wish this would end already I'm miserable. I cry cause im hungry and can't eat anything this pregnancy so far is horrible.

I drank lots of Powerade lol. B6 is suppose to help so I drank lots of Powerade it really helped me I drank the blue and red colors

I've tried four different tablets from the doctors because mine has been so bad but nun of them work think we just have to tuff it out its hard but it will wear off it ***** I'm 11 weeks and had it everyday since I was 5 but sickness is a good sign your baby's healthy :) xx

Well if you eat light foods and maybe some crackers in the morning and night should help

Honestly nothing works !!! Just hang in there :/ I know exactly how you feel ! My nausea started at 6 weeks and went away not so long ! I am now 18 weeks and sometimes get nausea but not as bad as the first times ! Hang in there and good luck
