I'm 21 weeks now and I noticed a few weeks ago that my belly was slightly tender to the touch. It doesn't hurt when I push on it, just feels ultra sensitive and kind of tender.  I think its normal, sonce I just "popped" a few weeks ago too (right around the same time) so I'm pretty sure they're related

In my experience, it is normal.  Your abs are stretching and being moved around to make space for the baby.  My belly still gets pretty sore and I'm 28w2d.  Around 24w I also started noticing that my ribs were really sore!  i was worried about it, but everybody has reassured me that it is all very normal.  I went to the doctor's last week and everything is perfect!  With that said, my belly is still really small so it didn't really start expanding until week 23 or so.  Everybody is different so you might be expanding a bit earlier.
If you're still very concerned, you should call your doctor and make sure!

it isn't severe pain, just tender & a little bothersome.

Tender to touch? No. If it is on the right side of your body it could be your appendix so you would want to go to the ER for that. When in doubt call your doc!
