@nisha : so true! Can't live without spices.
I'm half Indian, Indian food is spicy. But I find myself adding more spiciness to my food. Like I don't want to eat my food unless it's spicy enough.
Being Indian, we eat veggies cooked in spices almost everyday. Some spices like tumeric, cumin, pepper, mild red chilli pepper, etc. are good for health when consumed in moderation. If you wish to eat spicy (read: hot) then eat it in moderation and consume natural acidity relievers like plain curd or yogurt or cold milk or cold lemon sherbet. It will help you to regulate acidity and you will not have burning sensation later.
I ate those with every meal for like a week straight earlier in my pregnancy lol
I keep everything down and all I wanna eat is takis and hot cheetos especially late nights , but as long as it's not harmful ugh ima enjoy these lol .
Im a hugh hot chetto fan ate them almost every day then i got preg. And i couldnt hold them down i would it them and throw them right back up. But i dont think they are harmful to you if you can keep them down
Mmmmm takis the purple ones with, salsa on them yummmmmmmmm!!!!
I don't know but my mother in law has been telling me it's bad. I just ate a taco of nothing but mexican red chile salsa and it's 1:36 am. I've heard if you eat to much your baby comes our with little red bumps that burn. Idk how much of that is true because I did not get them when smaller.
Ya it's okay. Dig in lol. It may give you heartburn. But when I started craving i didn't care. I craved hot cheetos and takis. Yummy :p
