Moms who has had c-section

I recently had my c-section four days ago I go home tomorrow on my fifth day of recovery. I just wanted to know was it easier once you got home or not? When did you pain start to go away? Was it easier to get out your bed?  I'm kinda nervous I'm doing good but I just don't want anything to not go good this is major surgery I'm just now able to really walk on my own, I still need help getting up though.

I was to afraid to even try and lay in bed lol. I slept in a recliner for like the first week of being home. Then I started sleeping in bed but propped up on a lot of pillows. My bed is high so I even used a step stool to get in and out of. The first few weeks is tough I'm not gonna lie but it truly is worth it and once you feel normal again you forget all about the pain you've gone through. Congrats on your baby! I have my scheduled csection. In just 10 short days so I'll be going through all the pain again and I'm starting to freak out!! Lol

it took me 2 weeks for pain to go away and  what she said I had to roll out of bed it was pretty painful when I got home still after 3days in the hospital. I had to just lay down all day and do nothing but take care of baby it really help the healing and swelling go down. I hated eing in the hospital.

I would not lay down in your bed bc it is rough to get up from a laying position especially if you are having troubles maybe sleep in a chair. I had to roll out if bed I was not much on asking for help!  It only took me 3-4 days after I got home to feel alright again! I only spent 3 days in the hospital and was up the next day walking and everything.
