Im a ftm n i have no idea what goes in the hospital bag.....help please

You should be able to contact your maternity ward to get a list of sorts. You will usually need an outfit for pictures (if the hospital does them.) Take a blanket, diapers, just the basics. Make sure you pack some extra pieces of clothing for yourself. I know my hospital told me to bring a nightgown or two that I would be comfortable in, but something that couldn't be thrown out if ruined for the stay. You will also need something for the trip home. Take some snacks too! Something light. You may not be wanting hospital food right after. Hope that helps!!

I have no idea either haha. I think for the baby just a few diapers because the hospital provides them when baby comes out. Of course pack the coming home outfit for the baby :) I would pack a few outfits though just in case they spit up on it. Socks, hats! Then for you like bathroom stuff tooth brush maybe bring shower stuff if you take a shower at the hospital. Pack comfy clothes. Lol good luck :)
