stomach pain at 6 weeks

So earlier today I started to experience a few sharp jabbing pains in my stomach.. tonight they aren't as bad but it's like a constant dull pain with tenderness. . I'm 6 weeks as of today and am actually rather nervous. The pain is not in one specific area,  it's like all over, a big part of it is the middle of the belly... any others have this in common?

I think ill give them a call tomorrow to be safe. . The pain doesn't cause me to double over... I really hope and pray I don't miscarry :/

I miscarried at 11 weeks,  my husband and i recalled that the sharp pains prior to our babies death began at 6 weeks i would go consult your ob/gyn

I had terrible period cramps type pains.
They made me double over at times. Those pains should stop by a little before the second trimester which is about 12 weeks.
Theyll stop at like 8-10.
But as long as there isnt bleeding then youre fine
