I had the loss of appetite during my first trimester, i was told by my obgyn that is normal. I'm didn't start gaining weight till 20' week's, it has alot to do with your body type.

Your baby will take what it needs from you. Be it fat minerals sugars calcium anything. If you dont put this back into your system you will get run down. Keep up with the prenatle vitamins nd drink water if you cant stomach a meal. Nibble food through out the day its better than nothing. My friend didnt put on any weight and she was tiny. She had a 10pound baby. Lol
