Baby will get all the nutrients you have stored inside you, just don't make it a habit that you miss meals. You want to be healthy and provide much nutrients for your baby: ) cause either way baby will suck everything out of you and might end up feeling week, dizzy, rapid heartbeat etc
thanks i did eat and I fixed me some fruit and some stuff and bring in my room
Try not stressing to much , eat some fruit if you dont want to go in there and make something . Hope you feel better ! Stay strong
