I'm ganna try it.. I just dnt feel comfortable bein pregnant walkin around my streets.. mainly cuz I live right on a 2 way highway main street type thing nd there's no sidewalks only the white line where bikes go.. nd its gettin borin goin to the sane stores all the time :/

I always do the walking in place. Especially since I have an 18 month old and have to take him with me if I go outside. I think its just as good...as long as your moving its better than nothing lol

True but the treadmill has the thing movin like if yur actually movin where the floor doesn't move haha so I'm.not sire... If it does have the same effect then I'm ganna walk in place in my room in front of the tv till this lil girl comes out haha... I guess it doesn't hurt to try

I would think so. since walking on a treadmill does the same thing as really walking.
