Woke up this mornin very wet, had to change, smelt sweet so wondering if my waters r leaking? 4th baba so i no they havent completely gone. How can u tel 4 defo! 25wkz x

Update! So went to midwife, got sent to a.d.u and they examined me. Couldnt c it was my water and said it was prob discharge bt io it hapens again to go staight in. Couldnt get me in for a scan dont no y, so she said its not 100% but im safe. Whatever that means! My hosp is crap!lol thank u ladies! X

I would go to the ER like the others suggested -- bring the under things you were wearing as they can test to see if amniotic fluid is present.

However, I have had this happen a few times myself and my midwife has told me its just normal pregnancy discharge (mine also smelt sweet). Still, better to have it checked out and be safe. Let us know how it goes!

I wouldn't wait. If it is your water, baby could get severe infection or possibly go into distress. Go to the ER and DO NOT wait. We have a lady on here who waited 24 hours and it WAS her water and they both almost died.

It happened to me at month I was sleeping gushed out stood up more came out dr told me it was normal this is my 4th child never heard of it before

Go to l&d to be checked. Or put a pad on an rest for a bit, if it gets wet then you definitely need to go in.
