So I'm 19...going to be 20 in june and am now 12+5 pregnant which means I'm going to be my biggest in the hot summer months. I'm a jersey girl so the beach is one of the biggest summer attractions. How do you other moms feel about bikinis when you are that big? I've been looking at maternity bathing suits and don't know what to do considering bikinis are the only thing I've been wearing for years. Would it look "trashy" to wear one..for lack of a better word. I just want opinions because my boyfriend and his mom don't think i should wear a bikini...

I'm 18 I've never wore a bikini in my life.. not because I'm fat just because I'm self conscious and I'm not stick skinny.. This summer will be my first summer wearing a bikini I'm due July 25th and now I don't have to be insecure because I'll look pregnant and not just fat ! Haha(: but just do whatever you want who cares what other people say .. A baby is a blessing show your bump off!

I would wear one. I never felt more beautiful while I was pregnant. I was very big in the winter I wish I would have been big in the summer instead I would have worn a ton of them

You can always use a coverup wrap . they can be super cute like the see thru ones.

I think its what you are comfortable with you may change your mind later. I know I'd wear a bikini too I hate one pieces. Plus my belly is beautiful and my boobs too. I think as long as the bathing suit fits and isn't too small why not. If its super hot in June when iam due i will be wearing one around and not giving a crap. As long as iam comfy why not. Plus I even thought about getting a henna tattoo on my belly .
