Although I'm not sure yet. Do most women show pregnancy symptoms in week 3?

And i didnt even know i was pregnant lol my husband notice my stomach was getting bigger thats how i found out i was pregnant

I had no pregnancy symptoms at all besides back pain and im 37 weeks

I took a pregnancy test today (first response) and it came back negative. But I could have sworn I was pregnant. I'm tired, crampy. But I figured it just my period about to start

It's possible, but just as the other ladies said, everyone's body is different. I showed symptoms at 4 weeks and tested positive 4w3d, 2nd day of missed period. My symptoms were increased discharge, fatigue, and light cramps.

I didn't show symptoms until I was 10 weeks with both of my pregnancies though...

Everybody's body is different. With our son, with a pee test, it didn't show I was pregnant until I was 9&1/2 wks and I would only use First Response or Clear Blue. A blood test was taken when I went to the doctors before hand and I was 8 wks than when it came positive...I was in shock due to trying for our first for almost 2 years. But now with my second child who I'm currently pregnant with now and 11 wks & 5 days....I found out with a urine test @7 wks. It just depends on how fast your hormones in your body build up to get the home tests to catch a positive read.

I thought I was getting sick at 3 weeks. My body hurt and I was so tired. I called in sick to work at 4 weeks because I didn't feel better. Took a pregnancy test that day just to see and it was positive

I was tired, lost appetite and started getting cramps. I ignored it for a few weeks just thinking it was my period coming. Took a test a week after my missed period and it came back negative. 4 days after I took another home test (my period was never that late) and it came back positive. I was confirmed pregnant at 4 weeks

Depends on your body . I personally didnt . I didnt start showing symptoms until i was 6 weeks.
