thanks for your help guys, i wear a belly band almost all day and takes some pressure off my pelvis, i will try the gym ball
I had this problem with my first and it's getting the same now, I know what you mean about turning in bed omg!! It's like you have an elephant on your pelvis it feels really heavy to turn, anyway what got me through was I brought a gym ball £5) and doing pelvic exercise on there witch is sitting on it legs apart back straight and just twirling your hips around in a circle, you will hear grinding and it feels such a relief, I promise it will help straight away, ( will ease it anyway) and yes the pillow I between your legs at night try folding the pillow in half so it's thicker, I hope this helps
Its very normal it means baby is getting ready I'm due Sunday and have had pelvic pressure for a month now. Ask your doctor about a belly supporter and it shall help.
Hi there! I would like to see the answers you get because my hips have been killing me and im only 21 weeks. Doctor said i was stretching that as long is not bleeding or heavy pelvic pain or cramps i should be fine. But im just like you i wake up in the middle of the night crying because my hips and booty hurts a lot! Give your doctor a call see what he tells you!
