I saw this cute way to tell. This girl put a bun in the oven and told her relatives to look and oven and tell her what's in it. They were like there's a bun in the oven. I thought it was so adorable :)

I just told my husband, he's a sgt in the Army. I got him a tshirt that said new daddy on it and folded the pregnancy test up in it. When he unfolded the tshirt, the test fell out :)
