Hi im 20 and this is my first pregnancy
ive started to feel sick all the time and I cant get rid of it I cant even be sick.. does anyone know how to help? Anything thats workes for you ladies?

You can drink Gatorade but limit on that and saltine crackers ") it helped me some
Ginger ale, laying on your left side. You could also call your doctor and ask for nausea medication that helped me keep food down
