TMI: Cramps after No. 2. Help!!!
Sorry Tmi but does anyone else have cramps and dizzyness after going to the bathroom to poop? I noticed that recently, every time I go for No 2, I become very dizzy immediately afterwards and have to hold on to something for a few minutes to avoid falling and then I have cramps and lower back ache for a while. Sometimes for the whole day.
Does anyone know what this could be? Is it normal? I'm 16+6.

I didn't have it after I pooped I had it before. I was very sick dizzy nauseous having the worst cramps of my life and then I went poop it was severe diarrhea and then I was fine. U should probably go to the hospital. I would.
