Hi I haven't been in your situation but i don't think it's right having to wait another 3 months maybe you should consider getting a second opinion some doctors just fob patients off if they are in the complete unknown i seriously would seek another doctors opinion, even if it's just to put your mind at ease.

Babies366: I am sorry you are going throu this, and I am totally on the same boat with you. I have every singel prego symptoms right now. From cramps, headaches, back pains, bloating, my boobs have gotton a cup size bigger, and they hurt! I haven't had my Af from March. I called the doc and they said they would be able to see me till April 22 well I got a phone call and they said they had to resech. Well I feel like if my prgo tests are coming back negitive, THEN SOMETHING ELSE IS HAPPENING! and it is freaking me out. I dont kow if it is all in my head, or if I am prgo but just not able able to produce the hormon. I want to cry because of not knowing. I would say go see another doc, it isn't fair for you not to know what is going on in your body. and now that you are scared, it will only make you worry more. Good luck to you! and let us know!

We are on the same boat. I am 3 wks late, my AF comes when she wants. I have had this feeling also, but I don't want to think it movement, because it would be to early. But I am showing all of the other signs! I took a test this past Saturday BFN again. I really dont know, I think  may go to another doc because I just feel like I can't do this waiting game anymore. I can feel it in my bones that something is up!

If you are wanting to have children it is highly adviseable that you see your doctor asap.  You need to determine if you are infact pregnant or not.  If you aren't then you need to see if you are ovulating or if there is somethign else going on that is preventing your periods from coming on.  You don't want to procrastinate and find out later that it was something that adversly affected your fertility.  It's best to face whatever it may be NOW.

I just reread your post.  I don't know about in the UK but here they don't usually make you wait 6 months with no periods to find out.  One thing you can do is start charting your basal body temperature to see if you are ovulating.  By now if you WERE pregnant you most likely have had a positive hpt.  There have been rare instances where a woman WAS pregnant and did not get pos urine tests, only blood tests.

well I actually know personaly a few women who were pregnet and who would do a urin on a hpt and came back negitive, and who did a bloodtest and came back neg not till I did a U/S was I told I was prego. I didn't find out till I was 14 wks.

Well last year my doctor stated that if you are like clockwork and you become irregular that should be a red flag. But if you are irregular and it skips a month or two, you should test with a bloodtest to rule out preg, then just wait for AF to come. Some doctor put pt's on Provera to start a AF, while other doctors just ask the person to change habits, eating, and exercising ect. I mean, everyone is different! What happen to me last year was so called "rare". I have known some women to show neg hpt but positive bloodwork. Everyone is different. So if you feel as if you want to know for sure, I would ask them to do a blood test, and then know for sure.
