Headaches.. bad.. help!

This is my first pregnancy. Has anyone else experienced bad headaches during their pregnancy?  I'm 14w 4d and since the beginning have had very bad headaches some that turn into migraines and can last up to 4 days. I'm on diclectin to help with my morning sickness which has also been very bad and I know a side effect from the medication is headaches but if I don't take them I am constantly nauseous and sick. Any tips or tricks anyone can offer? It's been brutal and I just don't know what to do, the only option my doctor gave me was T3's which I do NOT feel comfortable taking, did not even fill the prescription.  Any advice is greatly appreciated!!

I've definitely been drinking more water and I do take regular Tylenol but I find it doesn't do anything for me, sometimes will take the edge off but never gets rid of it.  Pre pregnancy I would take advil as it was the only thing that worked for me but now that I can't take it I'm suffering.  Thank you for the suggestion though!

Definitely drink more water. 6-8 glasses is recommended but for headaches you should be getting more than that. Also Tylenol is permitted during pregnancy too.
