I had this really bad in n first trimester the doctor told me it was because I had naturally low blood pressure so I would get dizzy smells was just told to eat properly and it shouldn't be a problem but it is worrying! I used to go blind for a few minutes n everything!!
Yes i did. Make sure your drinking water and snacking . And dont do fast movements take your time when getting up or doing something
Laying dwn on ur left side also helps, and laying facing up like on ur back that is what sometimes makes it worst cuz ur putting all that pressure on ur back
A lot of it has to do with all the extra progesterone we have right now and extra blood flow. It has happened to me quite a bit. Mostly in first and second trimester. It made working difficult. Get up slowly and make sure you're eating and drinking enough. Also if you have to stand a while rotate your arms and bend your legs to get the blood flowing it helped me so much
I have anxiety so I get heart palpitations and anxiety related stuff I'm half way through my 11th week and I was brushing my teeth and then glossed them and turned to throw the floss away and got like a dizzy feeling.
Almost my whole pregnancy im 37wks ive had chest pain, rapid heartbeat, dizzines, breathless,nausea,etc... You will be ok lol but it sure does feel bad!
