Having pain in my stomach??

I've been having different pains lately. I am 10w3d. All day yesterday I had a lot of pressure in my lower right back. I guess it was my kidneys being moved. Does that sound right for how far I am? Tonight I am having pains in my lower left stomach. Pretty sure it's not gas. I pressed on my stomach where it hurt and it hurt so much more when I did that. First pregnancy.. So I don't know what to expect. Any ideas?

It sounds normal to me. You'll get all sorts of weird aches and pains. I wouldn't worry unless it is prolonged cramping

I don't believe your kidneys ever move while pregnant. It's possible for gas to hurt much more when you push on it. Generally it will feel like a hard spot and you feel lots of pressure when you touch it.
