Whenever you want. It's a personal decision.
Our son didn't have his room set up till he was 4 months old because he was in our room most of the time. At 4 months he started taking naps in there and we finally put it together.
Best wishes!

I'm 25 weeks and we've started on it the other day, can't wait till its finished! It's a great idea to do it as soon as you can before you struggle to bend down without breaking your back lol, good luck! X

Lol, well only reason I waited so long was I knew we were moving during the summer. Ive had the crib for close to 2 months but we just put it together...  Otherwise it prolly would have been started when I was about 10/12 weeks along...

The only reason I waited was to know what colors to buy things, that's it! We will be buying the crib, we have carseats, a bumbo, etc, already, I'm 10w3d. I think it's a great idea to plan ahead, you have time to save, find what you like, and you're ready for baby, whenever he/she comes! Nothing wrong with planning ahead!! :)

Im 23 weeks now and my fiance and I just started the baby's room. Gotting tge paint this weekend and hoping next weekend my sister can do the sunset mural to finish off the big projects. Then it'll just be getting the crib set and such... I figure its easier to do it now and not have to worry about it too much then wait and panic cuz im too big & uncomfortable to be able to

I'm 9 weeks today and I have been working on it the last two day. I was just wondering if people would think I'm rushing things

We did as soon as we found out what we were having! And we were completely ready by 30 weeks, it was SO much less stressful because we weren't running around with our heads cut off at the end trying to get things together! Definitely worth it and will be doing it this time!
